Our shipments are made via GLS courier.

The shipment of the goods is guaranteed within 2 working days, except in the case of unavailability of the goods.

Delivery will take place within a further 1/2 working days. The total time from order to receipt is therefore 1/3 WORKING DAYS.

The standard rate for shipments to Italy is Euro 5.99.

Shipping will be FREE for all orders over €69.

Any storage costs due to the absence of the recipient and errors or omissions in the indication of the delivery address (including the name on the bell) will be entirely borne by the buyer.

Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of receipt of the package.

You can ask for an exchange for another size/another item, a voucher to use later or a refund. The choice cannot be changed later.

To avail of the guarantee, you must make a written request via Whatsapp 3312984900.

Returns are accepted only if the item is in the same condition in which it was received.

Therefore it must be perfectly intact, it must not have been used, washed or modified. It must be complete with the label still attached and the original packaging. The guarantee applies to all products.

The product must be received by us within 10 days from the return authorization date.

The postal address to which the returned item should be sent is: Machi Shop – Via repubblica 21E, 43121 Parma.

After we have received the returned package, and verified that all the requirements have been met, you will receive the replacement item (or the refund, the latter within the expected time). The refund will be made by reversing the payment made by you, if you used Credit Card or Paypal.

Otherwise, it will be done by bank transfer; shipping costs are not refundable.
